Our Saint Louis String Quartet is our most popular ensemble for live wedding ceremony music.

In recent years it is has become increasingly common to have our quartet perform arrangements of popular contemporary music in addition to classical traditionals.

We can also add other musicians like a vocalist, pianist, guitar, trumpet, etc.

Cocktail Hour

A jazz combo is traditional for while guests mingle. Rhythm section plus a horn or two,

even a vocalist can set a

classy tone while your

caterers prepare dinner.

If you have already hired our string quartet to play during the ceremony and the reception is nearby you may want to have them continue playing.

If your grand entrance will be at the onset of cocktail hour you may want a larger band for enhanced fanfare.

Dinner Hour

Romantic pop ballads, folk songs, love songs, and big band standards are popular for dinner music.

Our orchestra can play softly enough to provide the perfect level of background music no matter how many musicians we provide.

Some couples encourage dancing while guests await their meals. We can perform music that puts a little more of the spotlight on the dance floor until everything else is ready if it suits your needs.

Dancing

All of the focus turns to the bride and groom during the first dance, then to their families along with anyone else you want us to invite

to join on the dance floor during the special dances. Then we unleash the excitement of our amazing variety band to keep

the dance floor energized all night long.

We do it all. Nearly anything you want can be yours. Our bands

can be customized with almost any instrumentation. We have over 2,000 songs to choose from and we can even write custom arrangements of your requests.

Catholic Mass Wedding Ceremonies

Many of the wedding ceremonies we accompany are at Catholic churches in the Saint Louis, MO area. Very specific music is often required for these ceremonies and we have options that include instrumental ensembles and a cantor so that all ceremonial and religious traditions are honored.
